Quali sono i tempi di consegna?

Generalmente evadiamo l'ordine entro 1 giorno lavorativo e consegnamo (su territorio nazionale) entro 48 ore. Tuttavia, per quanto cerchiamo di avere tutti gli oggetti sempre in pronta consegna, trattandosi di prodotti artigianali potrebbe succedere che qualcosa non sia al momento disponibile e quindi tra creazione, asciugatura, prima infornata, smaltatura, decorazione e seconda messa in forno passino circa 8/15 giorni prima dell'evasione dell'ordine. Chi ama l'artigianato saprà comprendere e rispettare tale attesa. Ovviamente sarete tenuti al corrente dei processi di lavorazione e/o evasione dell'ordine.

In caso riceviate articoli danneggiati, basta contattarci entro 12 ore dal ricevimento delle foto a mezzo eMail (info@DDceramichesiciliane.com) o WhatsApp. Se il pezzo sostitutivo sarà disponibile verrà spedito a nostre spese entro 48 ore , in caso contrario verrà ricreato e spedito entro al max 8/15 giorni.

E' possibile richiedere personalizzazioni?

Trattandosi di Oggetti Artigianali, creati interamente a mano, possiamo realizzare anche personalizzazioni di vario tipo e dare un pò di spazio anche alla Vostra creatività. Tuttavia, è sempre meglio contattarci prima e definire la fattibilità delle richieste e le tempistiche di realizzazione.
