  • What are the delivery times?

We generally process the order within 1 working day and deliver (nationally ) within 48 hours. However, as much as we try to have all the objects always ready for delivery, since these are handcrafted products it could happen that something is not available at the moment and therefore approximately 8/5 hours pass between creation, drying, first firing, glazing, decoration and second firing. 15 days before the order is processed. Those who love craftsmanship will understand and respect this expectation. Obviously you will be kept informed of the processing and/or fulfillment processes of the order.

  • Do the goods travel insured?

Yes, all our shipments are insured against accidental damage.

  • What should be done in case of breakage?

If you receive damaged items, simply contact us within 12 hours of receiving the photos via email (info@DDceramichesiciliane.com) or WhatsApp. If the replacement part is available it will be shipped at our expense within 48 hours , otherwise it will be recreated and shipped within a maximum of 8/15 days.

  • Is it possible to request customizations?

Since these are artisanal objects, created entirely by hand, we can also create various types of customizations and give some space to your creativity.
However, it is always better to contact us first and define the feasibility of the requests and the implementation times.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods:

– Direct Checkout, without entering data via Apple Pay and Google Pay;

– Bank transfer, to our IBAN from your Home Banking;

– Credit cards, of all circuits, in complete convenience;

– Klarna, pay in 3 months in convenient installments, without interest or additional costs;

  • Can you pay on delivery?

You can pay by cash on delivery for shipments to Italy, only for cash under the threshold of €1,000 by law. A prior contact via email or whatsapp is expected to request this payment method.

The additional cost to be paid as charged to us by the courier for the service is €5 but we often give it away.
