  • What are the delivery times?

We usually process your order within 1 working day and deliver ( nationally) within 48 hours. However, although we try to have all the items always ready for delivery, since these are handcrafted products it could happen that something is not available at the moment and therefore between creation, drying, first firing, glazing, decoration and second placing in the kiln, about 8/ 15 days before the order is dispatched. Those who love craftsmanship will be able to understand and respect this expectation. Obviously you will be kept informed of the manufacturing and/or order fulfillment processes.

  • Does the goods travel insured?

Yes, all our shipments are insured against accidental damage.

  • What should I do in case of breakage?

In case you receive damaged items, just contact us within 12 hours of receiving the photos by eMail (info@DDceramichesiciliane.com) or WhatsApp. If the replacement piece is available, it will be shipped at our expense within 48 hours , otherwise it will be recreated and shipped within a maximum of 8/15 days.

  • Is it possible to request customizations?

Since these are Artisan Objects, created entirely by hand, we can also create customizations of various types and also give some space to your creativity.
However, it is always better to contact us first and define the feasibility of the requests and the timing of their implementation.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods :

– Direct Checkout, without entering data via Apple Pay and Google Pay;

– Bank transfer, to our IBAN from your Home Banking;

– Credit Cards, of all circuits, in complete comfort;

– Klarna, pay in 3 months in comfortable installments, without interest or additional costs;

  • Can I pay on delivery?

You can pay with cash on delivery for shipments to Italy, only for cash under the threshold of €1,000 by law. A prior contact via email or whatsapp is required to request this payment method.

The additional cost to pay as charged by the courier for the service is €5 but we often give it to us as a gift.
